All change programmes require experienced programme management and leadership in order to provide the detailed planning, risk mitigation considered communication and execution.
Delivery of a full HR services remit through an Interim engagement up to and including HR Director level for either a defined period or for a defined project. Previous interim engagements have seen me successfully ‘embedded’ in the organisation where I have had defined responsibilities, targets, deliverables etc as well as roles where I have supported and guided the business through recommending HR direction and strategy.
What is often required and highly beneficial to an organisation is to utilise my services and experience as an external with unbiased support and technical advice or even full case management for a whole range of employee relations challenges that include; employee grievances, sensitive disciplinary cases, Trade Union relationships, and challenging appeals.
The experience of having operated at all levels within HR and Learning and Development, has shown that developing an HR strategy that meets the needs of the business into the future is a critical and often complex process. Business culture, affordability and predictability of future business shape are all aspects that I factor in when developing an HR Strategy that truly delivers for the business.
A service that reviews and reports on the health of your business’ compliance with employment legislation, industry and best practices and readiness for future legal changes. It identifies where you are at risk and how to reduce this risk. It reviews employment contracts, HR Policies and Procedures and if required redrafts them to be both compliant and aligned with your business style.
